Asus global warranty

Hi all I wanted to inquire about if I buy a asus laptop from us will I get its warranty in india?? Or there is something else meant by global warranty policy????

I guess yes,because today I asked an ASUS dealer,and he said that if u purchase here and claim warranty in states,you'll be entertained.So I guess it should be the other way round tonly problem I feel will be the stocking of spares of a US market specific model.

Normally it should mean that you can get it serviced here. But just check on Asus website to be on the safer side

So does it means if something happens will they ship it to US???? Or repaired in
india
