ASUS EAH5450 SILENT/DI/1GD3 problem

My ASUS EAH5450 card just stopped working. The on-board video works. I have disconnected the card and tried reconnecting it. There is no visible damage on the card. I have also updated my BIOS.

System Specs :
CPU : Intel 5450
Motherboard : ASUS P5G41C-M LX
RAM : 2GB DDR3
On-board graphics : Intel G41

Please help.

@ OP - make sure whether it's working or not by removing and remounting the gfx card on the mobo first and the if possible test it on friend's pc.

BTW, did this happen after you updated your mobo Bios ??

No. I updated the BIOS after the card stopped working. And the warranty period is over.

Alright - Do what I said on previous post and then if possible borrow a gfx card from friend and test it with your mobo just to make sure mobo's pci-e slot is working.

BTW, what PSU and CPU do you have ? you OCed your CPU ?

i took the card to a service center and it worked perfectly there.

^^ then there must be some issue with your mobo's pci-e slot - borrow a gfx card and test .
