assassin's creed III issue!! :(

after installing when i run my assassin's creed III it gets stuck at the first screen which says " inspired by historical events ..........." or something like that !!!
what should be done??

generic advice
1.is your game a genuine/original version? if not we cannot help you
2.update your graphics card drivers to its latest version
3.update the game to latest version(if patch is released)
4.uninstall and re-install

@sid : i had the same problem with fallout 3,
what i did is
play in windowed mode with lower reso. if playing on integrated gfx
switch graphics driver to *gt 540m*(in my case)
