i am used to html and javascript i need help to work pws on xp

i am new to asp

To view asp pages on your computer install Internet Information Services(IIS) from Win XP CD.It's the same thing as PWS in Win 98.
Save or copy your ASP pages into the Inetpub\wwwroot folder.
type 127.0.0.1 or localhost in your browser's address bar to test whether the server is working.
