Lco's do not have proper Security, rest of them like ACT, airtel do have.

that is something relative. try to play safe on your side and stick to a good ISP. local cable walla and other localised companies do not care much about all this.

They can't snoop in on HTTPS, so just use HTTPS everywhere.
