Why So Serious ???
I have a APC Back-UPS RS 1500 purchased around 8 months back. Suddenly it started giving "Replace Battery" indeicator, so I called APC helpline on Saturday morning. They suggested to reset the unit which I did but still same problem was coming. The call center executive registered my case and said they would send a technician to home. I was surprised to receive a call from technician in the afternoon !!! He visitedd my place in the evening, checked the unit and said the battery has died and he'll replace the battery next day. As promised he turned up at my place next day morning and replaced the battery with a brand new seal packed one in front of me. All this at no cost to me since the unit is in warranty.
So I was amazed with this type of quick turn around time and home service by APC. Absolutely fantastic.
