Anyway to sync Windows Calendar with Yahoo Calendar?

Guys, is there any way i can sync my Yahoo Calendar with my Vista's Windows Calendar?
WC only exports the calendar in the .ics format which is not accepted by Yahoo.

use google calendar to convert d db from *.ics to *.csv
and den import it in2 Yahoo! calendar
