Android tablet for academic books (pdf) in a budget

Budget: upto 10k (+2k if nothing is in the 10k budget. CANT go over 15k)
Screen size: 8 inch minimum, 10 inch preferred
Other priorities: Battery life as much as possible, no lag in large pdfs (35mb, 700+ pages)
Nice to have: quick charging, pen?, 4:3 aspect ratio

I don't care about 4G or weight.

I have previously used ipad mini and it served its purpose well. I currently use my redmi note 7s (6.2 inch screen AFAIK). Loads all pdfs well but i have to read them in landscape mode.

Need a tab in budget that can display full page with large enought fonts, no lags and should have decent battery life.

Will appreciate any help in choosing

Do you consider options like Lenovo tabs? You can go for Lenovo Tab M10 which is good enough for regular uses and costs 15k.
