Android shell emulator

I wanna make an android terminal emulator app that can provide root access
I need to know what functionalities should i include in my app

i've to start from scratch and i'm facing problems in making a DATA FLOW DIAGRAM of this app
this app is intended for advanced mobile-phone users

try to include
multi-window/tab based interface
touch gestures for basic commands and/or tab switching
shell scripting, using the android linux kernel
basic linux commands
and id love it if you somehow integrate g++/gcc although that might be near impossible and/or really hard to do
