Android mobile under 18k

I want a mobile with ATLEAST following specs:

• 1GHz processor
• 1GB RAM
• 4GB ROM
• 5 inch screen
• 5MP Primary camera
• 1MP secondary camera
• HD recording and playback is a must.

I have chosen Videocon A55 HD, Is it a good buy? Please suggest me.

Instead add 3K and get with manufacturer warranty
