An Intel P45/P43 Chipset Based DDR3 Mobo

Hi,

I am looking for a mid/high - end motherboard based on P45/P43 chipset and using DDR3 to couple up with my C2D E7400 for a happy OC experience.
It would also be nice if some one can offer a combo deal with DDR3 clocking atleast 1600 or more
