AMD SWITCHABLE GRAPHICS ISSUE driver installation failure?

i am using an dell inspiron 3521 with both intel HD 4000 and amd radion 7670 on WINDOWS 8.

After some malfunctioning i re-installed my OS .Now when i try to install AMD graphics driver , IN THE MIDDLE OF INSTALLATION my computer restarts after a BLACK SCREEN (BSOD).

i tried downloading AMD catalyst (driver) from DELL, AMD as well as tried the latest 13.2 windows 8 beta version .I even tried installing catalyst right after RESETTING my PC,but all in vein the same problem exist every time.

PLEASE its been 3 months some one help me.

Follow this guide but 1st read it fully and then install because it has a few warnings for windows 8 which I assume you are using:-

Use this driver and follow the guide above it's the most stable driver i have a dell 7520 snd it works best for me ( have tried multiple drivers so i know which is best:-
