Go with the i7. You can't really compare these two cpus as they are priced nearly 10k apart. And looking at the higher power consumption of the fx series, its better to go with the 4770k if you have the budget for it.
Create a new thread in PC components section. It might help you to build a far better gaming config. Remember you need to have a good enough CPU and a powerful Gpu to have a good gaming experience. A power CPU alone is not just enough.
