AMD DDR2 Config required...

My budget is 7-8k.

Suggestions required for Proc+Mobo for DDR2 as I have 4GB DDR2 available.

On board graphics with PCIE slot for Mobo.

Wait, what exactly do you want?Either go for DDR2 based boards or DDR3.I don't think there is any board that supports both DDR2 & DDR3.

i want a board which can support both DDR2 and DDR3, which helps in future upgrade of ram to DDR3.

little overclocking should be possible with the board

I don't think there is one!!!You gotta choose between DDR2 & DDR3.
I would suggest you to sell your DDR2 RAM & get a new CPU+MoBo+RAM as DDR3 RAM prices have come down a lot.
