AMD Config <=15K

Hello

I know this must be the most common thread subject, but I need the suggestion by tomorrow morning and at present I can not access my Digit issues...so...

Please suggest me a AMD config, (please do not start AMD-Intel battle, I need only AMD) moderately future proof preferably for <=15K.
It is for my friend who will use it general purpose. A 2.1 speaker system will suffice. If any one of you can post the Kolkata price it will really be helpful.

Sorry for being a little confusing, I'm in a haste that is.
The config should include everything necessary: CPU+Mobo (onboard graphics), RAM, either 1GB or 2GB (no frequency preference, but I think 800MHz will not cost much more than 667MHz), HDD, FDD, Case+PSU, Speakers, Monitor (either CRT/TFT whichever costs less), DVDRW, UPS, KB+Mouse.

I have no intention whatsoever to OC, not now, not in future. But if the system is upgradable without making any changes but for CPU or RAM, that will be a real added bonus. *www.erodov.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif

Athlon X2 7750BE, Any 740G chipset based MoBo,1GB DDR2 800MHz RAM, Seagate 500GB 7200.12 HDD (7200.12 is a huge improvement over the previous 7200.11 and 10 in speed, performance and build quality). Any Cabinet+SMPS, APC 500VA UPS. Get a second hand CRT Monitor (I got one for 1k). Get an Intex or Perx 2.1 speakers (Rs. 500). Any Brand DVD writer (all manufactured by the same Chinese or Taiwanese company, just rebranded).

Hi Desiibond, Just thought of using this thread as I am unable to create a new thread in any of the forums here!!!!! I am helping one of my friends get a new computer tomorrow and I need help.

The budget is 25k, excluding the Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse and Speakers. He would be using this for casual gaming and video editing. Needed suggestions for:

1) Processor
2) Motherboard
3) RAM (Ex: which brand and would paying extra for a RAM with heatsink does make sense)
4) Graphics Card
5) PSU
