Almost finalized config for 32k

Sorry for starting yet another thread. After researching, googling and with the help of ur posts i have finalized this config---
(please note that i may not know the exact model number of the components)
CPU-- AMD Phenom II 955 - 8k
RAM-- 2GB DDR3 - 3k
MOBO-- (thats where i am facing problem) (should be less than 5k)
HD-- 1TB seagate 4k
Monitor-- Dell 21.5 inch 9k
GFX-- HD 4890 (not included in budget) (will buy a little later) (must be less than 10k)
cabinet and psu-- not thought of (how much watts psu do i need?)

please tell me what to buy for mobo
please help me with the pricing and also suggest some improvements

mobo get MSI - 785G E-51 4.5k and PSU get corsair VX450 for about 4k and cabinet get Cooler Master Elite 360, also i suggest dont go for the HD4890 as it is very power hungry and get a HD 5770 for about 9.5k

where u'll get the rig from? also if u get the rig from guwahati, u'll have to spend lot more as AMD stuffs are rare here. so if for graphics card. anyway whats your total budget?

& DELL 22" (21.5") costs ~10k. checked ComputerHeart's price list 1 month ago. wil cost same rest where. order it straight from DELL, online.

OP asking about a graphics card within 10k. HD5970 costs 35-40k

Benq G2220HD @ 7.6k OR Benq G2420HD @ 10.5k
CM Elite 310 @ 1.5k
Corsair VX450 @ 3.8k(ASSUMING YOU'LL BE BUYING HD5770) OR Gigabyte Superb 460w @ 2.2k

1. If you go for the MSI mobo and the Gigabyte PSU then G2420HD will fit in your budget.
2. Otherwise you may choose G2220HD along with Biostar mobo along with Corsair PSU, which will be more future proof if you want to go for HD5770.

You don't get Corsair VX450W for Rs.3K. It retails for Rs.4K.
For Rs.3K one gets Corsair VX400W or Seasonic S18 bronze 380W.

Do u stay in assam? i phoned computer hearts and they said that the phenom 955 is available though i wanted the phenom 555.

if i assume that u r going to play just games ,then
mobo-go for msi 785g(the best option under 5k)
gfx card-hd4890 wont be available in 10k range
go for hd 5770(gr8 performance and consumes pretty less power)
cabby+psu-go for what noas suggested(note- vx 450w is around 3.9-4.2k)

i got a quote of 9k+ month ago from them. only X4 955 avl there. hope by now price lowered. those sick & crazy humanoids of CompHrt not have any idea about AMD proccies, forget AM3 motherboards.

visit Computer Heart, Datamation & Jain infotech (its on the opposite side of the Ulubari flyover. on one side its CompHrt, on other jain). & ask them for the prices of the computer parts u want 2 buy. write the parts & make 3 xerox copies. show one 2 each shop.

well you not yet told your budget & usage. i think its primarily for gaming (u mentioned HD4890). so tell budget so i can give u list of the components that u should find here. don't expect high end motherboards & all. may need to order it through the shops.
