algorithm maker

does anyboy know of a program in which we just put piece of code and it can make an algorithm of the code

and would also like to know if anybody here knows how to make algorithm and are familiar with programming languages

i found one ... search google for flowchart generator ...

i think theres 1 where you dray the chart and it makes the code. for got its name though. think it was called terus draw or something
