Airtel deduction money without any calls

Hi

I have prepaid airtel mobile connection, many times i found, they are debiting my account without any calls
Everytime cust.care says right now server is down, call after sometime..

y dont u just walk/drive down 2 u d nearest Airtel center [d place wer u go 4 a new connexion] and ask d guys abt d looting

you have to go to your nearest customer care center,& ask them for sort out ur problem.

I too got same prob once
I talked to nearly 10 members of the customer care people by dailing 121 and they resolved the prob and gave my money is refunded....
better call them in workin hours (9-12 pm)

Try to contact during day or call there nodal officer or appellate authority. They also have email address for queries but you would hardly get any reply.

please check whether its renatal they are debting!!!

coz they used to take.. if u didnt know about it ..


if its not then u better call em and ask for refund
