AI based photo search tool for windows

Hi Guys, just like in Apple's systems where we can search photos in image gallery using keywords like "bus", "beach" etc, is there any tool with similar functionality for windows as well ?
And if yes, can it help me search for adult pictures in my PC as well ?

Update: It needs Vulkan 1.1 or later. Where do I get those ? I have RTX 3060

Do you mean Vulkan?

Vulkan support should be available with your Nvidia driver without anything extra.

Vulkan is just a specification, each GPU manufacturer provides their own implementation of it.

Yes I was getting that popup that Vulkan could not be initialized. I updated the drivers. Its working now.
