simple open account at adwords.google.com and do ur ad setting
when it ask for billing information put this code and enter ur debit card or credit card infromation. u will get free 100$ credit also ur card not charged

yes u can apply multpul diff. coupons to one acc.
but u not add 2 50$ coupons in 1 acc.
u can add 25$+50+75+100+200+250$ coupons in 1 acc.

Just be sure that this one does not require you to buy anything at Yahoo or any other companies. There is some 50USD coupon doing rounds (for more than a year) which needs you to purchase somehting at yahoo small business first. (Domain etc...)
