ADSL2+ Wired modem under 1.2k

Hi Folks,
Which is the best ADSL2+ modem under 1.2k! I just need it for My router and the Modem must have Features like UPnP , Port Forward etc..
I need to buy it ASAP!
I have selected the following two! Which is better?
PS- I can only buy from either FK or eBay!

not much difference.get TD8840T as it is newer & has broadcom chipset.i am using same model for over 1.5 years now with no issues.
