Adobe After Effects CS5

I want to learn how to use Adobe After Effects CS5.
I have Adobe After Effects CS5 installed in my computer (see conf in signature).
And have Adobe After Effects CS5 Classroom In A Book in .pdf format.
But want to know which DVD is required for tutorial. There are of many types.

This should do better...you can even search youtube for vid tuts.
Am not sure if Gnomone (Something like that) offers After Effects Course?
Lynda.com definitely does.
