If you are new to Windows Live Messenger, and if you feel some help with its outstanding new features, contact WiLMA here and add "her" to your contact list; alternatively you could simply add Wilma@live.com to your contact list. "She" will show you how to connect, control, share and express yourself! Incidentally WiLMA is an acronym for Windows Live Messenger Concierge Agent.

Incidentally, Microsoft UK has come up with a cool initiative... a smart WLM Helpsite , with 'Sarah' to help you !
