i can use FaceTime on my mac n iPod but unable to activate on iPhone....it is continuously showing 'waiting for activation....'

Your phone will ask for your permission to start face time every time you insert a new SIM,make sure you give the permission.
It will send one SMS which will charged 5 bucks.
Try a bsnl/Voda SIM.Airtel/Aircel may have some issues activating facetime in iphones not brought from them.

(tried with wifi it isn't working....)
got it working wid airtel i asked costumer care to help regarding the issue n they did though i didn't expected ...(it was sum network prob....)
ya costed 5 bucks....
