Acess blocked websites

Hey folks, In need of some quick help.
I just landed in UAE, i'm not able to use websites such as kat.ph, I tried using Hidemyip and similar proxies but all these are also blocked.


How can i use my beloved torrent site.

while we figure out how to bypass blocked sites in the UAE, why don't you take time and check out the local internet/cyber rules placed in there.
