guys I bought acer d260 netbook on 20-7-2010 from the authorized dealer of acer.after using the netbook for one month now i am getting some lines in the display.i registered the complaint in their costumer care on 24-8-2010 and gave it to service center but after waiting for 2 weeks they didn't replaced it and they told me to take the laptop with me and they will call me when they get the part and again after two weeks they called me and told me that they got the part.so,i went their and after some time the service guy told me tht the lcd they have sent is incompatible with my netbook so i came back but now more than 2 months are over,still they didn't changed the part and when every time i call customer care they will tell me that they don't have the part and they will change it within ten days but they won't change.like this more than two months are over.i don't know what to do?please help me guys.thank you.
