yeah Acer great for that I have two Acer's and can never find anything on their website... why do you need the sound driver (did you recently format) is it a AC 97 (realtek/soundmax audio) if so I can give you a file which is suppose to be compatible with almost all intel's AC 97 sound integrated sound cards. you should have an Acer recovery disk or similliar with the drivers on there. I had problems with my driver and I downloaded Direct x 9c, which solved my problem then they put out a new driver.
