Pretty well balacned config, Tenida.

Just some alternative ideas, you can get Razer Cyclosa Gaming Bundle@ 2K and save almost 2.5K money. Use it to get a MSI HD 6950 Twin Frozr III card, available @ 15.8K. This card is actually highly overclocked and armed with MSI Twin Frozer III Cooler and Custom PCB design to offer far better stability and performance than the reference version of HD 6950. It offers performance closer to the higher end HD 6970 or GTX 570 just out of the box. You can OC it to a far higher degree.
Another thing is it can be unlocked to a high end HD 6970 by a simple BIOS hack.

1) MSI R6950 Twin frozer III is better.Yes its 2GB DDR5 model.
2)MSI Z68A-GD55(B3) is rock solid FullATX board. You can CFX/SLI without any problem. They Layout of this motherboard is better than Gigabyte one

Tenida is absolutely right here.

1. The Twin Frozr III cards are having Custom PCB and VRM design for better stability. So it can handle high degree of overclocking and over volting more efficiently. Sapphire one is having reference PCB design

2. It has Twin Frozr III Cooler which is one of the best custom cooler available in the market. Normally HD 6950 (including the Sapphire one) runs a little hot but this cooler actually take care of it just effortlessly.

Try NZXT Guardian 921 rb. AFAIR, they have a display with 3 temp sensors. Price is also within your budget.
