A gaming rig for 30-35k .

Right off the assembly line
I want a gaming configuration around 30 to 35,000 rupees.
I would prefer an intel processor and a good monitor too.

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans:NO

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:WINDOWS 7

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans:500 GB

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans:YES. 20'' should atleast be HD and LED

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans:NONE

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans:THIS OCTOBER

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans:No i haven't and yes it'll be done by an assembler!

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: MHOW, M.P. YES, i'll be buying locally and i don't prefer online shopping.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans:which one s better?- INTEL or AMD processors?

^^Yes it is.In most of the games it performs similarly or little slower than pricier i5s and i7s of sandy/ivy processors.Even in games like Max Payne 3 which are better optimized for 4 cores it performs good,somewhat slower than the quad cores but still good enough as it has hyper-threading which means it has 4 logical cores(2 physical +2 hyper-threaded cores).
Moving from i3 2100 to i5 2400 one would get somewhat better gaming performance.But if one moves from hd 7770 to a better graphic card like hd7850 then he will gain much more than that as at higher resolutions it is more about the GPU than CPU.
