Even though I know the chances are not 100% I want to make sure if there's enough potential in this mobo to unlock and OC this processor? If not, suggest me a few mobo's that can. Processor + mobo budget is below 10k.

its a hit or miss. Unlocking is not dependent of motherboard. Not everyone can unlock their processors.

is the min combo if you want to run 960T. That selected motherboard isn't suitable for 960T.

Still..
You can't even try to unlock 960T with that processor. That Gigabyte motherboard I've mentioned is the minimum choice for 960T.
