I think you should wait a few more days for purchase as AMD will be releasing RDNA2 GFX card and Zen-3 CPUs this month...It will give a clearer picture of where all hardware stuff stands.

No mid-range GPUs, not sure when 6700 & 6700XT will be coming. R5 5600X CPU is releasing soon, rumoured to be 25-27k in India & might perform similar to R7 3700X in productivity with better gaming performance..
