hi folks am on lookout for a android min 1 gb ram ,DCUAL SIM ,gorilla glass type glass ,cam with flash ,want front cam selfie type ,not interested in games , meant for internet usage with good ASS, expandable memory min 32 gb.looking for a budget of below 10K but will prefer limit of even upto 8K.no absurd chinese stuff.can wait(lets say for Android one etc also).already have a moto e =nice phone but no front cam and no flash cam-rest is fine.wish they had a moto e with flash cam-would have been excelent

No, u can't use CDMA. WCDMA is for 3G GSM network.
So u can use GSM for 2G(EDGE) and WCDMA for 3G(HSDPA) network.

if not redmi 1s go for nokia x2 .. only con is it is on 4.3 and will require a bit of tinkering like installing play store etc.. online price is around 7.8k-8k

No its not. Again u can't use CDMA SIM(that is called RUIM) in WCDMA supported handset, though its based CDMA technology but they are different and only use for GSM network.
About Verizon, Sprint, Cricket and other CDMA provider they all use CDMA2000 network technology for IS-95, 1x, and EV-DO for 3 generations.
