i have Intel 915G M/B with onboard Sound Card (RealTek 7.1). On the back of my CPU there are many "outlets" for various speakers, Front L/R; Rear L/R; Centre; Sub....; etc.

now i wanted to know whether i can just buy some SPEAKERS & a SUB/W & plug it into the slots.

Will this WORK?????????

you can't use 7.1 surround sound unless you have 7.1ch speakers, do you have?

no, ther are not graphics card with physx at the moment, nvidia and ati will provide a solution where a mother board with 3X PCI E slots will have 2 for graphic card and 1 for phyxs and in phyx the graphic card will be inserted, however that may be weaker yet more expensive that a phyx unit itself

I've managed plug in 2.1 speakers int he normal speakers port and then another 2.0 speakers into the rear channel slot. It worked. I've got...4.1 sound now....
