With Intel, you have to go for an after market cooler as the stock cooler's performance is quite poor, especially in the coming months.

And better invest your money in HD 7870 (2 GB) if you wanna game at 1080p.

with an amd rig, you can get better gpu:

fx 8350 (11000)
Asus m5a97 (6900)
G.Skill sniper 1600 MHz 4 GB (1700)
WD blue/seagate barrauda 1 TB (4100)
corsair gs500 (4000)
sapphire hd7950 (22000)
nzxt gamma (2500)

toyal: 50200

Since your requirement is just gaming, movies and wont spend on a CPU cooler thus no overclocking, you are better off with an Intel.

EDIT : For an UPS get a Mercury 650VA (390Watts) Elite Pro for Rs 1330.Try and get a Antec A20 CPU cooler, over the stock for Rs 600.

Dont believe in their website blindly. You have to call and confirm if you want to buy from them. I have been there on Satday! There are scores of items they mention "In Stock" but actually they dont.
