High without substance...
for a sound card creative is best choice, and for your speakers i would suggest edifier 5.1 which is around Rs 4000 or so i do not remember the correct price.
i have tested it and they wrere really good and were more powerfull and clearer than creative 5.1 inspire.
i would suggest that you test it your self before you buy.

Bond, Desi Bond!

2) If you can put 7k, get M-Audio Revolution 7.1 High-Definition 7.1 Surround Sound PCI Card.

^ oh sorry for the wrong info my firend said his was working fine.
and also the speakers i suggested are good but he just told me that the quality of the wires and the speakers are not up to the mark, he told me that some times his 5.1 does not give output to all the sperakers.

so i am sorry for the wrong info.
the best thing you can do is to check it at the site.
