Can u also give me a config with intel in it
for my friend
budget 25k
only cpu
use : Casual gaming and photo editing

Intel:

Core 2 Duo E7500 2.93GHz @ 5.6k
Biostar G31-M7 @ 2.4k or Gigabyte GA-G31ME-S2L @ 2.4k //better 1//
4Gb DDR2-800Mhz @ 4.5k or maybe more.
Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 500GB @ 2.3k
XFX HD4650 512MB DDR2 @ 3.1k //if unable find get sparkle 9500gt 512mb//
Zebronics Bijli @ 1.5K

total @ 19.5k

here few suggestion:

1. change proccy to quad core. wil help in photo editing.
2. get a mobo based on P43 chipset.
3. may push in a better card like 9600Gt or HD 4670 but wil need a PSU upgrade. even with the stock card i recommend better invest in PSU than getting better mobo.
4. last & most important suggestion, ignore this config & ask your friend get AMD based PC as their overall performance is noticeably better at same price.

buddy, i havent read any of the above posts except the first one.
now dont get me wrong...if by i5 u mean i5 750,then at current prices its no value at all...maybe after march when the i7 6core launches,prices may fall.
if u want absolute value go for amd phenom II or athlonII x4 based configs+ invest in a good card-mayb a Radeon HD5850!
