3G Unlocked Modem Budget 1K

Hi,
My friend want to buy a new 3G Modem(for all 3G/2G,GPRS/EDGE use).
He gonna use it with his laptop.
He want a unlocked modem which will work with any GSM SIM.
He have no problem to order from FK.
Pls suggest a good one under 1K budget.
