3D upgrade

i have an old desktop having configuration
Core 2 Duo E4400 2.0Ghz
2GB RAM
160GB HDD
1GB DDR2 GFX
I just want to run 3D HD content on my pc.
I want a 3D monitor (max 26 inches), a graphic card upgrade.
Please suggest if any other component upgrade required.
My budget is 20-25k

@deepak_ds: a 3d monitor costs the same as your whole budget & you need to increase your budget almost double(incuding 3d glasses) to play games smoothly in 3d.

You can find a LG 23 inch 3d monitor on primeABGB at rs 16000. But you will have to increase your budget to atleast 35-40k for a nice 3d experience. What is your requirement? 3d games or 3d movies?
