He wants 8gb ram and 1tb hdd min.
Isnt their any cheaper good mobo on am3+??

Plus a quad core and a gfx card with 2gb ram should be a min for future proofing.
And please provide some links for good deals
;-)

^^ All the things you are asking is not possible within 30K. For Motherboard, you can try Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3 @ 5.2K, 1K cheaper than the ASUS one. For 2GB GPU, get Zotac GTX 650 Ti Boost 2GB @ 12K from here: ZOTAC GRAPHICS CARD GTX 650 TI 2GB DDR5 BOOST

Your asking too much for that budget. Ask him if he can increase the budget .

Yeah I know :p he is asking too much but photoshop now lists 8gb ram reqd and he does not delete anything so we may have to skimp a little on gfx and proccy.

So I am thinking
Gtx 650ti boost 2gb 12k
Fx 6300/4300 6.5-7k
4k for ram
Gigabyte mobo 5.2k
Dont know price of others now so help would be welcome
:)
Will try to tell him to extend his budget a little bit as he hardly upgrades before 3 years.

But first lets calculate approximately how much will this rig cost.

asking for too much for budget atleast increase by 5k
>4gb ram is ENOUGH, add 4gb in future.
>stick with Asus M5A95 R2.0
>WD 1 tb @3.7k
>FX 4300 is quadcore!!!
>vram does not matter much if gpu performence is not good.
650ti 1 gb will perform almost SAME as 650ti 2gb, correct me if I am wrong.

I know fx 4300 is a quad core, I meant that I wanted to avoid i3.
I know that gb mobo that cilus told is good but does it support piledriver cpus out of the box?
4gb would be to less for him. Actually he runs a few youtube channels so he renders with vegas, moviemaker, photoshop.
Thanks for wd blue price.

The total is coming 32k without psu and cabby
Any good local cabby?? Cx 600 should be enough I think?
Please try to concise in 35k

Vram is used when applying aa, hq textures, higher resolutions.
As 650ti boost is good enough for fhd gaming I think 1k diffefence btw 1gb and 2gb versions may cause performance issues in some games so it wouldnt be wise to skimp on mem.

Ram can be added anytime in future but components like CPU, Motherboard and GPU can't be changed frequently. So don't compromise on these components for Ram.
Now for Photoshop, my suggestion for GPU changes as both Vegas Pro and Photoshop have added OpenCL acceleration in their applications and have promised to add more OpenCL accelerated filters and tools in their coming iterations. So get a AMD based GPU like HD 7790 which has decent enough gaming performance and very good OpenCL based compute performance compared to nVidia cards of same range.

photoshop cs6, cc listed only 1gb ram as requirement and 4 GB is "enough" but if you still need then add within few months
