Answering your original post-

A.

1. try to look for Giagbyte GA-F2A78M-D3H or GigaByte GA-F2A88X-D3H
2. 4GB.
3. nope.

B.

1. Asus AM1M-A
2. if its just for downloading, 2GB is fine, or go with 4GB for anything else.
HDD is up to you
No cooler necessary.

C. CM Hyper 212 Evo should be fine


On a side note, I wouldn't suggest to go with an APU with the DL rig, it'll be a waste, better get a g2020 or g2030. Finding motherboards for APUs is difficult BTW.
