i cant find any thread which fit my needs, so i'm starting a new one./

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: games like fc3, watchdogs. sony vegas pro.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: 25k-27k [STRICT]

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: yes.in the future

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: windows 7 x64

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans:none. have 250+1000gb.

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: no. have a 40'' HDTV. will be gaming at 1080p

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans:monitor, kb, mouse, hdd, ram

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: this month

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: assembler

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: locally and online

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: suggest me a good 128 GB SSD(for future).
should i get more ram? i have 4 gb g.skill ram and a 2gb local(not sure if i'll use this)
need a UPS too which will give at least 5 min backup

If you cannot extend then go with this config:

AMD FX6300 -7300,
Gigabyte 970A-DS3P -5700,
Corsair Carbide SPEC 01 -3800,
Antec VP450P -2600,
Sapphire HD7770 1GB -7600.
TOTAL -27,000.

If you want Intel Config then go with this:

Intel Core i3 4130 -7500,
Gigbayte B85M-D3H -5500.

My suggestion -

If you cannot extend then go with this config:

Corsair Carbide SPEC 01 -3800, Instead get a CM CMP 250 @ 2k
Antec VP450P -2600,
Sapphire HD7770 1GB -7600. And get GTX 750 for 9.4k from flipkart
TOTAL -27,000.
