I am aware of only two flat panel widescreen LCD monitors with full HD and HDMI (HDCP)
1. Viewsonic 27.5" VX2835wm Rs. 38,000(approx)
2. Benq 24" FP241W Rs. 47,500(approx)

Google search for the reviews on these two monitors. These have been on my purchase list for quite sometime but I have not been able to decide which one to buy.BenQ is costly but adjudged the best in the category.Viewsonic which is impressively large uses a TFT panel and atleast ten thousand less than Benq. Those who purchased it are generally happy and impressed. Look for consumer reviews in New egg.If you want to use your monitor as an HDTV also look no further than these two at this point of time.

Here are the newegg links.

You can get Dell UltraSharp 2407WFP- HC 24" for 35k + tax, this is an excellent monitor. See the link for more products.

As far as I know, the Dell monitor (no HDMI, though you can use a HDMI to DVI cable, if needed) though good seems to have some ghosting issues. I do not know how serious it is but Gamers may perhaps be able to appreciate the problem, I presume.Google search "2407wfp-hc ghosting" and read about it before jumping into it.( I am not against DELL -- I have a DELL Ultrasharp 1704FPT:) ). As a general rule, whichever monitor you want to buy spend sometime , do a google search, read all the reviews, take into account the various pros and cons and then decide. As I said, I have only two in mind but still not able to decide :)
