2 Gb lappy

I have got myself lenovo q400 23q now i'm going to upgrade its ram from 512 to 2gb. I wanted to know that with this upgrade could i run vista ultimate or home premium and could i play games like nfs carbon.

Wat is your chipset?
If it is GM965 and comes with Intel GMA X3100, it should be able to run Carbon at low settings.
