19" Lcd monitor under 11k

hi...want a monitor with a dvi port mainly for reading stuff , programming , watching movies nd occasional gamin under 11k(cant exceed that).please suggest one.

the companies offerin lcd monitors :
1.Viewsonic (worst after sales service...worst products...this is wat i hav herd)
2.Benq
3.Samsung(doesnt offer dvi in 19")
4.Dell (worried abt its After Sales service)
5.AOC (no idea abt its quality)
6.HP

** Strike out Viewsonic from your list. As you have already mentioned its problems **

I was also searching for the same with a budget of 10K.

Found DELL is best but overpriced. @ 11K you get 19" LCD with 1000:1 DCR( Dynamic Contrast Ratio). Don't worry someone told me that its after sales service is good.

But AOC is what I prefer now. The Model No. 917VW For Rs 9k in Delhi.
Its specs are best for its price: DVI input, 3000:1 DCR, 300 cd/m^2 brightness..
