Hello I was trying to open Dailymotion - Watch, publish, share videos but it said "Access to this site has been blocked as per Court Orders" WTH? Is anyone else facing this problem? Are the court orders issued by any chance from the 'Indian Supreme court'?

I installed z4 root, selected temporary root, the thing went on for like 15 minutes and after that said "phone is rooted till next reboot" ; I tried set cpu, it said phone not rooted. wth?
