whql

Hi everyone, I downloaded teh latest Graphics Card driver recently and its version says v.91.47 WHQL.... What does this WHQL mean???? And how is it different from the other Drivers????

digit gave me a nvidia driver 81.98 WHQL in feb. 2006 issue but nvidia website gave me this same driver 81.98 WHQL and says this driver released on february 7, 2006.where i find latest drivers.
