Seagate HDD bad sectors - How to claim warranty?
Two of my Seagate 500 GB HDD have bad sectors... but still working without issues.... Model: ST3500418AS, Serial: 9VM2APX3, Firmware: CC35 Model: ST3500418AS, Serial: 9VMMFVHM, Firmware: CC38 But i missed Invoices....... IS it possible to RMA without invoices......? please advice...- bcdxer

Hi, I am having a confusion choosing between ST3500418AS and ST3500320AS 500 GB hard drives. Prices are almost similar and here are the stuff i have seen about them: ST3500320AS: 11 th Gen Hard drives with some firmware issues but seagate released some firmware update - Negative point 32...- popularbhaskar
