I have a philips SPT5701 keyboard but i have lost the mouse recently so is the reciever the keyboard cannot work can i get the reciever seperately

I installed Windows 7 beta yesterday.I used Windows update to download and install the nvidia drivers for my 8600GT.But I found that it is an older version 179.43. Should I download the drivers seperately frm the nvidia site? Will it work in Windows 7?
