lag

i ve a video in xvid format. but in tht video, the video lags behind sound. wot to do?? i know in some players v can set the lag but i want the video itself to b corrected. pls suggest me some software n how to do it??

I want to connect to my friend PC’s. They all are in 10 km range. I want to connect PC as to play games (Mainly Counter Strike). I don’t want the game to lag and I want to know the cheapest offline deal for it. Can anyone help me???? Plz
