Any software around......for increasing resolution of video
hey ...... some one out there please suggest me a software for increasing the resolution of videos from 128x128 to something like 320x240 or 640x480 without any loss of quality ........ please also suggest some softwares to increase the frame rate of the videos ........ the videos were captured...- justo
